Mandatory Induction Training including Level 2 Certificate
We deliver weekly 5-day inductions covering the Care Certificate to new staff. All delivery staff have worked in the Care industry and all have teaching qualifications with experience of delivering training to the sector. Based on that experience, we have developed a specific blended delivery model of online training, which is always tutor-led.
The Care Certificate is made up of the 15 minimum standards that should be covered if you are 'new to care' and should form part of a robust induction programme.
We also tie in an accredited Level 2 qualification to each refresher session, with follow-up 1-2-1 training with each learner in order to develop a greater depth of knowledge and practical understanding within the chosen area.
